Who is Transport Manager for?
Indian goods transporters and fleet owners running roughly 5 to 30 trucks — owned, leased or market-hired — who today manage trips, diesel, driver hisab and payments across registers, Excel and WhatsApp.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Transport Manager runs in the browser on your phone or computer. Sign in with your Google account in one tap — no passwords. You can add it to your phone's home screen.
Can my accountant and dispatcher use it too?
Yes. Invite your team by their Google account email and give each person a role — owner, admin, accountant, dispatcher or operator. Permissions are enforced on our servers, not just hidden in the app.
How does driver settlement work?
Record advances as you give them and expenses the driver paid. Once you approve the expenses, a settlement shows entitlement + approved expenses − advances − agreed deductions, line by line. Settled items are locked so nothing is counted twice.
Does it handle GST?
Invoices support CGST/SGST, IGST and reverse-charge fields for record-keeping. Transport Manager does not validate GST rules or file returns — review the tax treatment with your accountant.
Can I bring my existing data?
Yes. Import customers, suppliers, vehicles and drivers from Excel or CSV — including what each party owes you as an opening balance. Every row is checked before anything is saved.
Is my data safe? Can I take it out?
Each company's data is isolated, documents are stored privately and every financial change is logged. You can export trips, expenses, outstanding and a full data export at any time.
What does it cost?
Starter is ₹299/month or ₹2,499/year for up to 5 trucks, Growth is ₹499/month or ₹3,999/year for up to 20 trucks, and Unlimited is ₹699/month or ₹4,999/year with no truck limit. Prices are plus 18% GST, and you get a GST tax invoice for every payment. Every plan has every feature and unlimited team members.
