Shipping & delivery policy

Transport Manager is delivered online. Here is how and when you get access after paying.

1. No physical shipping

Transport Manager is software you use online in your web browser. We don't sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping charges apply and there is nothing to deliver to an address.

2. How and when you get access

  • After you pay in Settings → Billing, your plan is activated as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment — normally within a few minutes.
  • You see the active plan on the Billing page straight away, and can start adding records immediately.
  • Your GST tax invoice is available in Settings → Billing → Payment history.
  • The service is available across India on any device with a modern web browser and internet connection.

3. If your plan isn't activated

If your plan isn't active within 24 hours of a successful payment, press “Check payment status” on the Billing page, then contact us on WhatsApp +91 93808 76349. If we can't activate it, you are entitled to a full refund under our Cancellation & refund policy.
