About us
A real, registered Indian business — and people you can talk to.
Transport Manager is built and run by Think Forward Labs, a GST-registered proprietorship in Bengaluru. We make simple software for Indian goods transporters, so trips, diesel, driver hisab and payments live in one place instead of registers, Excel and WhatsApp groups.
You're trusting us with your business records, so you should be able to check who we are. Everything on this page can be verified.
Don't take our word for it
Verify our business yourself.
Search our GSTIN on the government's GST portal — it shows our registered name, address and status. The same details are printed on every tax invoice we issue.

Your data
How we keep your business records safe.
No passwords to steal
You sign in with your Google account. We never see or store your Google password.
Only your team sees your data
Each company's records are kept separate. Your owner decides who joins and what each role can do — and we check that on our servers for every request.
Private documents
PODs, RC copies and bills are stored privately and shown only to signed-in members of your company.
Every money change is logged
Trips, payments, settlements, team changes and exports are recorded in an audit log your owner can review.
Payments through Razorpay
Cards, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. They never reach our servers.
Encrypted connection
Everything between your phone and our servers travels over HTTPS. Data is hosted on Supabase and Vercel in Singapore.
Our promises
Your data belongs to you.
We don't sell or share your records
Your trips, parties, drivers and payments are never sold, used for advertising or used to train AI models.
Export everything, any time
Owners can download a full copy of the company's data from Settings → Plan & data, whenever they want.
Nothing is locked away if you stop paying
If you cancel, your data stays readable and exportable. Ask us to close your account and we delete it within 90 days.
Try it free for 3 days
No card needed to start. If you subscribe later, you can cancel renewal any time from Settings → Billing.
The full details are in our privacy policy, terms of service and cancellation & refund policy.
